Our blog exists to help brand owners make better sourcing decisions. Everything below applies to every post we publish across English, ไทย and 中文.
1. Who writes for us
Articles are drafted by the RAY (Thailand) Editorial Team — in-house formulators, QC chemists, and export specialists — with support from AI writing tools. Every draft is reviewed by a named human editor before publishing.
2. Fact-checking
Regulatory statements (FDA MoCRA, EU CPNP, NMPA, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive) are verified against the primary regulator's website within 90 days of publishing. Manufacturing claims (MOQ, lead time, tooling) reflect our current factory capability at time of writing.
3. AI disclosure
We use large language models to draft outlines and translate content across en / th / zh. AI-generated cover images are labelled visually in-line. AI output is never published without a human editor's review and revision.
4. Update & correction policy
Evergreen articles (compliance, formulation, packaging) are reviewed at least once every 12 months. If you find a factual error, email info@raythaibeauty.com — we will publish a correction and update the article's revision date within 5 business days.
5. Commercial disclosure
RAY (Thailand) is a cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer. Articles may reference our services; we do not accept paid placements from other manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, or laboratories.
